All of us we know our beloved Makro. In this case I'm talking about Makro centurion. Ussual thing. Bought toaster ,stopped working, took in for repairs. Could not wait 3 months for toaster to get fixed. Bought a new 1 from other place. Completely forgot about my repair. Never got even phone calls to update me what is happening. Till today......7months not a single word from Makro repair center.......awesome.......I dont have time to go and fight for 300 rands.....pathetic

Guess what. Call received from Makro representative and to my surprise I was given feedback that I must come and collect my credit note. I advised person that I'll be coming to Marko on Sunday. Sunday comes I went to Makro for my credit note. After standing in the queue for 30 min staff told me that no one knows about it. Dear Managers of Makro thank you for waisting my time my petrol money and making me upset. You guys are seriously pathetic. Good luck with your pathetic business and service
