Makro reneges on its promise.

Had a problem with the Xiaomi robotic vacuum cleaner from Makro On-Line Store. Was promised a replacement but the same unit was given back to us. Now Makro does not want to replace the unit or refund our money as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
