Makro - regret ordering online

Placed an order on the 29th of April. Received less than half of my order 2 weeks later. Another week later - I had to call on and email numerous times - no outcome. Sad excuses - head office blames Makro in Bloemfontein for the delay. I was told to take a picture of my order - the sad little box with a few items - as "proof" of what I had received and the items I'm short of. A week later - no response - no nothing. Don't order online. Chances of being disappointed - very high. I should have rather ordered from Game - no issues whatsoever.
