Makro refusing to refund me though item was returned in good condition

I bought an item in December 2024 from Makro, which came in a wrong size than what was advertised, I then logged a return, the item was collected by their courier partner. In January 2025 I called to follow up on when the money will be reflecting in my account and I was told they’re still processing. On the 12th of January 2025, I received an email from Mmapule Noko, informing me that the refund has been processed and successfully paid into my account. It’s been over a month now and the money has not been returned to me. Please pay my money as I have sent the item and was in a good condition.
