Makro refusing to refund me

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Following up on your request for a refund, an online return has to be logged. Please follow the below steps to log a successful return.
 
Please log in to your online profile and, on the top right corner select the option that says, “my profile” and navigate to orders.
 
Once done, go to the "Returns & Repair" option, click the order number you are logging the return request for and follow the prompts to log the return.
 
Also, please be mindful of the quantity you wish to return and punch in the number to make sure that this is a successful and smooth process.
 
Please be aware that we are unable to log a return on your behalf instead, kindly log into your profile and choose "faulty" as the reason.
 
Once successfully logged please await information on collection from the returns team.
