Makro refusing to give me a new item or refund me after selling me a faulty and unusable suitcase

I bought a 3 piece suitcase set from Makro. And the first time I used the big suitcase, the 4 wheels wouldn’t work whenever there was clothes in it. I had to pull it. The middle suitcase, one of the zips popped open when I was at the airport and the bag wasn’t even full.

I took these back requesting a refund and they told me the supplier will do an assessment. After the assessment, they claimed that they fixed the zip- its not true And they put in new wheels- which is definitely not true because they look used.

I’m super unimpressed because now it means I spent money for nothing and can never use these items because they are not useable. Uttlerly disgusted by Makro
