makro refusing refund me

I wrote review on the 15 dec reference ***7 (***) they asked for contact details no one bothered to come back to me. suddenly thy send an email stating its wrong items I took ,ni told them I took them from special items Makro had begravia cider top shelve, mixers in the middle and Belgravia Gin at bottom shelf and they wrote R250 ( 2x mixers, cider and gin) saddlery now its wrong item. I send them even a screenshot of the items when you g to Makro website when you choose them says R250 but suddenly they saying its a wrong item. and they tell me I need to go the store my question is why a cashier see you have wrong item they tell you now I have to drive 3 hours to get to Makro for this and drive back 3 hours to home that is waste of petrol which Makro won't replace for that
