Makro refuses to refund me.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from Makro online. Some of my ordered items were canceled due to being "sold out" by Makro, yet they refuse to refund me! It's a month later and no one is interested in attending to my query. I have called their customer line and I was given a reference number which is useless just like their employee called Ntokozo Nkosi who emailed me once and never responded to my emails ever again! I made the purchase on the 26th of June. It's now the 18th of July and Makro is still refusing to pay me back my money!
