Makro refuses to refund a faulty vehicle disgnostic scanner

Makro refuses to refund a faulty car diagnostic scanner that i bought online, for R 13,299.00, which i notified them about and returned the next day. They refused to return my emails and phone calls and blocked my ticket reference numbers generated on their system. I have a dire need to refer to Makro as scoundrels and ******, to descibe their behavior, but im trying to watch my manners.

They sent the product back to me (twice), I refused to accept a faulty product, they decided to keep the product and still refused my refund. Now i dont have the product and no refund. During my tussle with Makro, I have noticed they have changed their purchase online process page and their terms and conditions, to cover up their tracks. You can't run away from ********* business practice Makro !

Never buy anything from these ******, especially not online. They will take your money and mess you around.
