Makro refuses to publish negative reviews

Hi,

I have left two negative review to try and spare someone else the hassle of returning your terrace leisure fire pit after I had two units that lasted 4 fires, and only 1 hour respectively. I then lodged a complaint via your call center, but got cut off after I have supp**** all required details. I have not gotten any response, and my negative reviews are still not visible on your site. I reckon this is rather ********* on your behalf since you refuse to publish negative criticism regarding one of your products.

My first review was probably a month ago, and I tried again a few days ago.
