Makro refuses to honor refunds and shares customer information with unauthorised third parties.

Incredibly disappointed with the service of Makro Silver Lakes the lady I spoke to placed me on hold and then after three minutes hung up. Now when I phone them back the phone rings and automatically hangs up. When my call eventually goes through I am placed on hold and then the call is disconnected by the switchboard operator.

Then when speaking to the store they state that the people who have been contacting me saying they are from Massmart to collect the item have not been authorised by them.

This is all while trying to follow-up on a warranty claim where I have been promised a refund by makro but they have yet to provide the refund despite over five days having elapsed.
