Makro refuses to fulfill order

I must say must disappointment knows no end. 6 months of continuous following up with Makro has yielded no results as its clear they have no intention to give me a refund or the products I've ordered. Yet I will not let this go as this is my hard earned money. Their commerce system is seriously broken and they clearly refuse to acknowledge this because they are not ready to have tough conversations. A stark contrast to Takealoy which is brilliant and efficient. Lesson learned. Disgusted and extremely disheartened
