Makro refuses to deliver or refund

I ordered items on Black Friday, I am still waiting for them almost one month later. I was hoping to have these gifts for family members before Christmas but Makro has yet again disapointed me. There customer service is disgusting and really this calls for legal remediation. I don't understand what is so difficult about sorting out my issue. Firstly you remove an item from my basket with no refund or account credit and then you still manage to not deliver a second product. I am so disapointed in Makro.
