Makro refuses to deliver and refund.

I ordered a Logitech G29 on 7 December 2024 and delivery was scheduled for 14 December 2024 and I have never received it, not even a tracking number, after spending more than R500 and countless hours calls on calls, whatsapp and emails. I was told that when the courier went to collect the item from the store they found it not ready for collection, somehow they keep on forgetting to book it for recollection. I asked for refund 4 times and everytime I'm told it's escalated for refund but I'm not seeing any progress. Order is #MAK***.
