Makro refuses to debit my account with orders that was cancelled
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO!! I ordered a game online from Makro. The price was R499 and the delivery fees were R90. The next day Makro cancelled my order without notifying me. After I called them they debit the R499 back into my account but they refuse to refund me with the R90 delivery fees. For the last 6 weeks I am struggling to get this sorted out. Every time I hear the same story that they will call me back but still nothing happens.
