Makro refuse to refund me in time

I order 10X HP Slim usb Keyboard and Mouse on the 15 of November 2018 online which they promise that they will deliver within 2-5 days. After 5 days I tried to call to find out the status of my order since I haven't received anything, they told me that they can't deliver my order is gonna take 3-4 weeks now. So I requested refund so that I can buy somewhere cos I can't keep my client waiting for that long. So today they told me that they will refund me after 6-7 days. In the mean time I will loose business cos I can't get my money so that I can buy where they value their business.
