Makro refuse to refund me

Ever since makro partnered with 3rd sellers,they advertise things that are not available and believe u me, I have beeb lodging for my refund for 2 months and nothing has been done. I call everyday I'm told to send bank details but everyday is that finance team is working on it. I buy airtime everyday to get them and only get excuses. Bad service from online team as they have no answer rather excuses that we Wil talk to the team leader or that it's finance issue. I'm greatful for Amazon SA bcos I'm over and done with makro online.its nonsense. Don't even try because u Wil never get yr money back
