Makro refunds - ***

I have been waiting eight months for Makro to refund me for a purchase that was returned in December 2024. I even provided them with bank statements showing that the refund was not made.

They promise feedback and escalation, but nothing comes of it.

Their Customer Contact Centre staff are either *********** or they just want to rob me of the refunded amount.

I even showed them where to find the Makro transactions on my bank statement, when they said they could not find them.

They are just terrible to deal with and can't complete a simple refund process.

To make a customer wait so long for their money is pathetic service.
