Makro refunds are useless
I ordered a item. When it arrived it was the incorrect item as per my order. I returned the item. Makro received it and until now i have not received my refund after numerous calls and speaking to agents, whatsapps were useless. I am fed-up. I did warn them last week that i will post here if nothing happened. Gave them another day or 2 and still nothing.
