Makro online ****med me I bought goods online around April and they were not delivered, one was cancelled, and for the other one they incorrectly invoiced me and delivered the goods according to the invoice not according to the order, I have been requesting for refunds since then until to date, the other order they are saying they refunded me and I did not receive that money and even produced proof to them, the other order they are saying nothing about it and it is a lot of money
