MAKRO refunds ****
Makro online delivery continues to avoid paying refunds. The emails they provide on the site does not work and eventually I got hold of someone by phone. They promised to pay the refund in 15 working days and has still not been paid a month later. The order number is #MAK***. Please do not use MAKRO online it is a ****.

If you recall, we also sent you an email on October 29th to confirm this. However, we also understand that seeing the refund in your account is the final step in this process for you. To help put your mind at ease, we suggest checking your bank statements starting from the original purchase date. This will allow you to confirm the receipt of the R 139.90 refund. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you might have.
