Makro Refund way overdue
I bought something online and as soon as the payment went through, i got an sms that the item was no longer available and a refund will be done in 3-5 business days. What makes me angry is how the money had to go through first before you could see that you didnt have stock. This was done on the 27th of March at 8am. till date, i havent received so much as an email or anything regarding this (after the initial sms) and i still have not received my money. When will i get my money back?! OD***

To order something online for your refund to be delayed and then 9 working days later to be told i have to wait another 7-14 working days for my refund is crazy. that puts me at a month without the funds for an item i obviously wanted to buy so now what must happen during that period? how do i fund buying the item? this is unacceptable
