MAKRO refund wasn't a refund at all.

I bought something from Makro online (from a third party seller) and it was faulty so I returned it. The money was returned to me and then immediately removed from my account. No amount of calls and emails can get it resolved. I never got my money back yet Makro insist I have. It's not a large amount, but it's annoying that no one can sort it out.
