Makro refund request # ***6 NOT RECEIVED AS PROMISED

I’ve ordered a boxing bag online on the 3rd of May 2023, on the 10th of May the order has been cancelled as no store had this bag in stock. They told me I would be refunded within 7 - 10 working days. Today is the 31st of May and I’m yet to receive my refund! Worst service ever! How difficult is it to refund my money???
