Makro "Refund" policy *****

Ordered and paid on 13 May. Waited until 21 May with no notification about my orders, after which I cancelled. Now I am waiting for my refund, but Makro chosen to refund the small amount of under R200, but for some reason they are holding onto almost R4000 which should be refunded
