Makro refund pathetic

Bought an iron online. Had to return it to a store. Returned it to carnival makro on18/08/24. They passed a credit which should have reflected in account within 10 days. After a few weeks, I contacted carnival makro. They said they'll follow it up. Today is 3/10/24. Phoned makro customer care. The guy said it's an urgent matter, money not returned after almost 2 months. He said he'll email me immediately. I need to email him my id and banking details. It's now a few hours and still no email.
