Makro Refund Nightmare

I order this item last year 25/11/2023 No delivery since then, today it's the 17/01/2024 despite numerous call to customer service to get my refund (reference ***) Till to date my query has not been resolved. Honestly speaking Makro's online courier does not provide service at all. The refund process is a nightmare and no one cares to resolve my query. It's over a month since I requested to be refunded. I'm not happy with with such a big brand (Makro) to deny me to get my money back, after so many days, despite the refund turnaround time. I'm dissatisfied with overall treatment,
