Makro refund my money

I purchased 2 chairs from Makro on 23 July 2026. I returned both the chairs the day after as these chairs were so badly manufactured. I paid R12 000 for the chairs. I only received a refund of R6000 on the 21 August 2026. I have requesting for the other R6000 since . They are now ignoring me.
