I have ordered an airfyer and I've decided that I do not want it anymore, I've contacted their support online center, I was told that my order is cancelled, but on the other hand I got an email saying that my airfyer is packed and ready for delivery... I am not gonna accept it, they must refund me

31 Oct 2024, 08:14I got an email again saying that my order is handed to courier... Since you guys didn't cancel my order.. You'll have to accept the parcel by yourselves.. I really don't know what's wrong with ya'll
