On Sunday, I went to Express Till Lady at Till Help, and 1 transaction was an error. I swiped again, and the second transaction showed a duplicate transaction. I left trolly as in and left the store. According to the lady at the till and the lady manager on duty, the transaction didn't go through and the bank is in delay; the bank will reverse. Yesterday I contacted the bank. STD Bank They said the transaction went off, and Makro needs to refund me. Since I don't have a till slip, I need to know how and when Makro is going to refund me.
