Makro refund

I’ve order things online 31 May 2023 and only half the order was delivered. I was asked if I want a refund and they asked my banking details. I then received an email in June that my refund was paid to my bank but till date I received nothing. After numerous emails to personnel that originally helped me and the online/customer service, I am yet to receive my refund.
