Makro Refund

I ordered a stretch tent from Makro on the 20th March after placing the order within 30mins I decided to cancel it. I then received an sms stating my order was cancelled but the next day I received another sms stating my package was on the way with the couriers. I then called Makro explaining that I cancelled the order & no longer wanted it. The consultant then advised that I should not accept the package when it arrived at my door so I sent it back with the courier the day it arrived 26th March. I then received a call from Makro saying that I need to log the return on the website which I did but could not take pictures as I no longer had the item with me. I have been calling everyday for my refund that still have not been given back to me and its now the 8th May. I have been given all sorts of excuses why this refund has not been paid yet and now just want my R2000 back as promised from them on the 12th April. I have promised myself to never purchase anything from Makro online ever as I have never experienced so pathetic service ever!
