Makro refund

Good day, i believe if i received my refund i wouldnt be calling, sending chats. But due to that i did not receive my refund. And makro keeps saying it was processed my it was never received by me. I sent makro my bank statement from the date of purchase until to date which does not reflect my refund. One of the makro consultants said it was rectified and a new refund is processed, why did he say so if the refund was successful. Even the new refund did not reflect on my account. I sent all the proof that makro needed, bank statement, proof from the bank. But no one assisted instead now makro is ignoring me. My calls, chats are being ignored. I dnt know which refund you say you made which i did not receive. Kindly send me a proof of transaction from your bank that shows. Its a pity this is the story you tell everyone about their refunds. Makro does not refund people. I wrote a post about makro not refunding people everyone complained.
