Makro refund

Purchased items online. Delivery was quick but one item had to be cancelled due to no stock. Normally most online platforms refunds the customer in a day or 2 or charges the customers card the amount for goods despatched. But Makro did not send me any notification that i will get refunded for this product. The makro store cannot help me. I sent numerous emails to Makro but no response. This is absolutely ridiculous the service provided by such a large chain. You cannot even get through the call centre.
