Makro Ref No: ***

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of feedback from Makro Crown Mines. I bought a Defy washing machine on the 30/05/2021 because I needed it. I paid cash for this item and it was delivered the next Wednesday. The condition of the Defy washing machine is that of a Demo model, it is more shopsoil than anything else. I lodged a complaint via the Makro call centre number, spoke to Banele(Wednesday), spoke to Nadia(Thursday), spoke to Tebogo(Friday), spoke to Silehlanhla(this morning) and finally spoke to Bongi today again with no luck. Bongi provided the contact number for Makro Crown Mines as the call centre is not getting any feedback from Makro Crown Mines. I called Makro Crown Mines and asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold and my call was then rudely disconnected. Makro Crown mines you are absolutely useless!!! You cannot even manage a courtesy call to me. Your customer service is non-existent, thanks for nothing!!!
