Makro RCS Terror

<p>I paid the makro rcs via eft and to my surprise I start getting calls from their collections department. I went into the woodmead makro store and gave them proof of payment, the two ladies at the customer care desk... For lack of a better word as they couldn't care less.... just lazily sent it off to Gosh knows where as they played on their cellphones and taking selfies and talking about their weekend escapades. It's been two weeks since payment was made, their collections is still calling me, and all their useless consultants have been absolutely no help. You guys need to fix this mess as in yesterday, make that two week's ago. </p>
