Makro RCS storecard: Terrible service and incompetence staff

<p>I settled my makro account with RCS and the debit order was raised 2nd September and still has not received my refund.</p> <p>This afternoon I assisted by Andiswa Yaba who did not assist much but blame her collaegue for incorrect advise as now i need to send a e-mail with my banking details they debit monthly to be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am glad i closed this account and will never do business with RCS they are incompetant and unproffesional</p>
