Makro RCS CARD terrible services at call centre.
Terrible customer services at MAKRO RCS from AGENT. A lady in the name of Andiswa, she is not professional, she does not listen and give a caller a chance to explain. I asked for the Senior and according to her, senior did not want come and explain or advise me which is again poor and bad clients services.
