Makro RCS BIG NO NO NO!

Hi there, i opened a makro credit early this year ithink feb got credit of 12 000. The issue is that since i had the account not even once i received my account statement when i ask them they say i need to check my email which i check every day but nothing from makro..i kept on telling them and they tell me same thing over and over. NOW THE WORSE PART IS THAT LAST MONTH I HAD A CLOSING BALANCE OF 7000 SOMETHING BEFORE MY DEBIT,credit available was R4000+ SO I PAID 1500 MANUALLY AND THEY DEBITED R479 but credit available is 5000+ closing balance 6500? How the hell can a paymebt of 2000 just make a difference of 500 on my closing balance!!!!!!! VERY ****ED OFF. YOU GUYS NEED TO SORT THIS AND I WANT ALL MY STATEMENTS!!!
