MAKRO RCS ********* and unprofessional

I took a consolidation loan from my bank. It then paid off what i was owing at MAKRO RCS on the 4th of February 2026. I later received statements from Makro that i have an outstanding balancing, meaning that they did not receive the payment from the bank. I sent proof of payments from the bank to Makro however two months later the amount is still not cleared and the person i was emailing to has not been of any assistance. I'm still paying monthly instalments for the store card even though the bank had made payment to them on my behalf.
