Makro purchased through payflex

I made a purchase at makro on 28 November 2024. To date no one is responding to several emails and calls on when my order will be delivered. Pathetic service by Makro Montegue Gardens. This order was placed and used the payflex method. They should not have an online service, they are truly the worst.
