Makro PueClean vacuum cleaner.
Logged an issue with Makro online re a PureClean robotic vacuum on the 19th of May. This on advice of the Montague gardens store who do not accept online purchase returns or queries. Now, after numerous and patient emails, I still have no resolution to repair, replace or reject despite several promises. Service....cant even begin to use that word for this business. I should have bought from Takealot who have always been superb during and post sale.
