Makro - providing s#$t customer service since 1971!

My mother purchased a fridge through Makro and in less than 9 months the thing packs up. Fair enough, things like this happen but then you would expect a place like Marko to provide service to suit the situation. Ja right. Instead, my mother has been having to follow up constantly and still NOTHING. Why am I even surprised, reading Makro's other reviews explains exactly what we are going through now. Be warned South Africa, Makro is on a roll to make all our lives hell.
