Makro promotion not held to

On the 27/01/2016 I received an sms to say if I spend R1500 by the 31 Jan-16 I will get R300 credited back to my Makro account card. On the 27/01 I purchased a fridge at your Makro Ottery store on my card, the 1st statement I received after that, no R300 reflected, I called the call centre enquired and was advised it will reflect on next statement. Then the 2nd statement came and still no R300 credited to my card, called again and was AGAIN advised it will definitely reflect on my next statement. I checked my balance on my phone this morning and still NO R300 credited to my account. This is absolutely unacceptable, to con people with false advertising. I am a regular customer of Makro and am extremely disappointed by this.
