Makro Promo deals

Very Bad Service received form Makro Online. Purchases a promo deal where you get 3months free dishwashing tablets together with a dishwasher. Received the dishwasher within 3 working days. which was great except without the promo tablets. Phoned the next day about 4 times only to hold on for 30min and get cut off every time I was transferred to the "online" department. Also left a message to return my call and send an email. I was informed by the call centre that I had to add the tablets to my basket and at checkout it will deduct but she will get the online department to call me back. I feel this is unfair not providing the promo with the deal and that you have to go and add it to basket. This was my first and last purchase from Makro. I would like to have my dishwashing tablets as advertised.
