Makro promises promises promises

I have ordered a patio set online from Makro on the 8th of Desember 2019. The estimated time was said to be 7 to 10 working days. It is today 41 days and I haven't received anything. Every time I contact them, they say they will follow up and contact me, but that is where it ends. Then I have to call or email again, and every time no-one comes back to me. This is pathetic!
