Makro promised to get back to me but they never did

I wrote to hello peter on the 16th of February 2019 regarding goods I purchased that had less than three months to expire. Makro responded that they will get back to me regarding the exchange of the goods that had expired but they never did.

I even rep**** to hello peter and they did not even bother to respond to my reply. I spent R22,000 on alcohol and soft drinks. All I was asking for was for them to exchange the goods that had expired. The soft drinks that had expired costed me about R2,500.

Makro is showing me that they will rather lose a potential customer that is spending regularly for a mere R2,500.

Let me tell you something Makro, during the course of the query I had plans to paint my parents' household. Since you guys are taking forever to solve this query, I decided to go to one of your competitors to purchase paints worth more than R10,000.

I would like to congratulate Makro on their "best" way of doing business. You guys are doing a "great" job. You would rather lose a customer for a mere exchange of R2,500.

Please keep up the bad treatment that you guys are conducting as some of us will go to competitors. Don't even bother to solve the query anymore. I will replace the goods myself.

All that you guys do is say that you will get back to us but you never do.
