Makro promised to deliver my fridge on thursday after I paid cash for it, even today I'm still waiting.

Went to makro on Wednesday, 22 Nov and purchased a fridge cash. Rodwin Pillay was assisting me and he promised that the fridge will be delivered on Thursday. Thursday he calls me and say the stock is not unpacked and not ready to be delivered and say he will deliver on Monday and I said no, not Monday because I'm going to Limpopo for a week and would appreciate it if they can deliver on Friday before I leave and he agreed. Friday noon I call him, he tells me about the truck that is stuck on the road his story just didn't make sense at all because I'm sure Makro doesn't have only one delivery truck. So I ask him to please deliver my fridge and he said ya will do so and never did. So today I decided to call Makro Centurion to enquire, they said they will enquire about it and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call. I'm so not happy with the service that I'm receiving from them at all.
