Im disappointed with my recent experience with Makro Riversands products. On the 10th Sep 2024 I bought Bokomo Weet bix and on one of biscuits I found black wax like substance, I returned the box and got a refund. 6 weeks later on Monday the 21st October 2024 I bought chicken livers which were packed on the very same day, today 2 days later I discover that they are spoilled. I only took +-20mins to re- refrigerated the livers after purchase. This is really scary especially at time where food poisoning fatalities are increasing rapidly. I'm really disappointed.
