Makro prides itself on bad service

I nought a bosh blower. There was no battery or motor in the box onle 3 plastic pipes. I bought it online. Jow after logging a return no one contacted me or came to pick it up. Tried calling customer service no answer. Sent an e mail no response. Will never purchase from them again. Takealot are organized.
